An extension on a previous article written by Jesse Maurais, this tutorial explains how to use the OggVorbis library to load ogg samples from memory in OpenAL.   This tutorial covers the setting up and use of OpenAL in a basic application. Slightly out of date as it concerns OpenAL v1.0.
